What is a Domain Name ?

A unique name given to web site. Using this name users visit an Internet Site. For example: idevelopers.biz, yahoo.com, msn.com are domain names. .com, .biz, .org etc are all known as Top Level Domain's(TLD's). These TLD's give us the information what kind of Web Site is this. .com for Commercial Web Sites, .org for Organizational Web Sites etc. No two Web Sites can have a same Domain Name.

What is Web Space ?

The amount of storage capacity on the Hard Disk Drive of an 'Internet Server' is know as Web Space. It can vary from a few MB's (Mega Bytes) to GB's (Giga Bytes).

Type of Web Site ?
